Under Hindu Law even if murderer is not disqualified from succeeding to the estate of the person murdered, is so disqualified upon the principle of Justice, equity and good conscience.

No title to the estate of the person murdered can be claimed through the murderer. Murderer is treated as non-existent when succession opens on the death of the victim.
