The property of an intestate shall be divided between the heirs specified in any one entry in Class II of the Schedule so that they share equally. only when all heirs of the intestate specified in Class II of the Schedule, but not until then, his property devolves upon the heirs specified in the nine Entries in Class II of the Schedule.

The heir in the first Entry in this class is preferred to those in the second Entry; the heirs in the second Entry are preferred to those in the third Entry and so on in order of the Entries.
