Generally a person should leave only one Will at the time of his/her death. However, for the sake of convenience a testator may by making Concurrent Will dispose of some properties in one country by one Will and the other properties in another country by a separate Will. In some countries probate of the Will is to be obtained within particular time after the death of testator.
